Red Otter announced today the closure of its mobile data service OYA by the end of January.
All customers will be refunded in full.

We are committed to conduct the wind-down in the best way possible, and will ensure all customer purchases are fully refunded directly to their Apple Pay/credit card on 20 January.

You will no longer be able to use your OYA data service by 25 January. This will be done automatically, so no action is required by you.

The wind-down is based on a principal decision by owner Telenor Group, as part of a wider portfolio simplification.We have greatly appreciated having you as a customer and want to thank you for using our service.
